COVID-19 NZ Update

TEMPORARY DELAY OF ORDER PROCESSING
 
To help slow the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus and minimise impact, New Zealand has been placed into Alert Level 4 effective 11.59pm, 25 March 2020 for four weeks. This will see our country move into lockdown with only essential services running. This means our stores will be closed and we are currently unable to pick and process online orders in our warehouse as we do our bit to break the chain of COVID-19. As soon as lockdown restrictions are lifted and we are able to operate our fulfillment centre, we will fulfill and process orders.

We will happily accept any order cancellations and issue refunds during this period if you wish to change your mind on a purchase. If you have any queries about orders please contact our NZ customer service team who are continuing to work through this period.

Please note that we are unable to process returns (receive packages) under Alert Level 4.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate through the COVID-19 outbreak and do our bit to flatten the curve in our community.
