Select Click & Collect as the shipping method at the checkout. Click & Collect is FREE.

Bring your pick up confirmation email and enquire within our store to collect your order.

Click & Collect orders will be available to pick up during store open hours from your selected store once you have received your pick up confirmation email. The person collecting the order will need valid ID (NZ Driver’s License or Passport) or be able to show the pick up confirmation email.

Your order will be available for pick up within 3 hours if your order is placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be ready to collect the following day.

If your ordered product is no longer available at your selected store, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange for the item/s to be transferred to your selected store free of charge or arrange an alternative.
