Standard Delivery:

  • 1-2 working days for express delivery throughout NZ.
  • 3-4 working days for eco-friendly slower, more sustainable delivery to South Island.
  • Options for no signature required or signature required.
  • FREE Shipping on all orders over $100.
  • We deliver to NZ physical addresses and PO Boxes (no parcel lockers).
  • Rural areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery.
  • Deliveries are Monday to Friday.
  • Some products need to be ordered in from our warehouse, which may cause an additional small delay.
  • Your order confirmation email will be sent from info@timberland.co.nz

    We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.

      Auckland (Selected Areas):

      Place your order by 1:30pm and get it delivered between 6 - 9pm the same day.

      If you place your order after 1:30pm, delivery will be between 6 - 9pm next working day.


      Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch (Selected Areas):

      Place your order by 9:30am and get it delivered between 6 - 9pm the same day.

      If you place your order after 9:30am, delivery will be between 6 - 9pm next working day.

    • When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.
      You can track your order by going to the NZPost website:

      • All orders over $100 are delivered FREE.
      • $5.00 for all other orders. The charge is added at the Checkout if your order is less than $100.
