Experience the convenience of same-day delivery and have your purchases arrive at your door exactly when you need them.


Auckland (selected areas):

Place your order by 1:30pm and get it delivered between 6 - 9pm the same day.

If you place your order after 1:30pm, delivery will be between 6 - 9pm next working day.

Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch (selected areas):

Place your order by 9:30am and get it delivered between 6 - 9pm the same day.

If you place your order after 9:30am, delivery will be between 6 - 9pm next working day.


*This service is currently only available in selected Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch areas Monday - Friday.

Please note you will only be able to complete a same day delivery order if all the items in your cart are available and in stock for your delivery location. Same Day Delivery is not available on weekends or Public Holidays.

How does Same Day Delivery work?


1. Select your product.

2. Add the product to cart & checkout.

3. Select Same Day Delivery under Delivery Options.

4. We’ll send an email to confirm your order.

5. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on it's way.

Terms and Conditions

Same Day Delivery is available in selected Auckland areas for orders placed by 1:30pm (NZST) and in selected Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch areas for orders placed by 9:30am (NZST) online at timberland.co.nz. Same Day Delivery is available Monday - Friday (excluding weekends & Public Holidays) at a flat rate of $14.

If your order is placed after 1:30pm in Auckland or 9:30am in Hamilton, Wellington, or Christchurch, it will be delivered the following eligible day. Please note that if you place an order after 1:30pm on a Friday in Auckland or after 9:30am in Hamilton, Wellington, or Christchurch, it will be delivered on Monday evening between 6 – 9pm.

Please note: We don't recommend providing a business address unless it is open during the delivery timeframe we offer.

Same Day Delivery is subject to stock availability at our warehouse. You will not be able to place a same day delivery order if any item in your cart is only available at one of our retail store locations. You will also not be able to place a Same Day Delivery order if you manually enter your address at the checkout.

You will receive the following communication from us during the same day delivery process:

1. Email confirmation that we have received your payment/order.

2. Email confirmation that your order is on its way.

FAQs

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. There is a $14  flat rate delivery for all products.

      All product prices are displayed in $NZD and shipping is additional.

    • Our Same Day Delivery service is currently offered in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch. ​We hope to offer this in more regions soon.

    • Same Day Delivery is subject to stock availability at our warehouse. You will not be able to place a Same Day Delivery order if any item in your cart is only available at one of our retail store locations.

    • Same day delivery is offered Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & Public Holidays. To receive your items the same day, you must order by 1:30pm (Auckland) or 9:30am (Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch).​ Please note that if you place an order after 1:30pm (Auckland) or 9:30am (Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch) on a Friday, it will be delivered next business day (Monday evening).

    • Your order will still be classed as same day delivery, however it will be delivered the following eligible day. Please note that if you place an order after 1:30pm (Auckland) or 9:30am (Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch) on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday evening between 6-9pm. We strongly recommend against using a business address if it may be closed at the time of delivery.

    • We begin processing our same day delivery orders as soon as we can. These orders are collected from us mid afternoon, with delivery to you taking place between 6:00pm – 9:00pm that day.​ We strongly recommend against using a business address if it may be closed at the time of delivery.

      Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm your order is on its way to you, including the tracking details.

    • On the product page of your chosen item, you will be asked to enter your postcode to confirm your location is eligible for same day delivery. If your location is eligible for same day delivery, you will see a green tick and you can add the product to your cart. You’ll have the chance to review your cart and delivery options before final payment, and checkout as normal.

    • Our ability to offer you same day delivery is dependent on whether we have stock available at your selected location. You will not be able to place a same day delivery order if any item in your cart is not available for your location.

      You will also not be able to place a same day delivery order if you manually enter your address at the checkout, as your address must be validated by our courier partner to be eligible for delivery.

    • Your same day delivery order will be delivered between 6:00pm - 9:00pm. At this stage, order scheduling is not available. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible and will notify you via email when your order is on its way, so you know when to expect your delivery.
