The Timberland Community is a free New Zealand loyalty program that rewards you for being a part of our Timberland Aotearoa Community. We have added new benefits to our program so members earn $1 Timberland Rewards Dollar for every $10 spent, effective 21st August 2024. Our members also receive exclusive access to our sales and product drops and get 10% off when they sign up*. We will also send a 20% off birthday gift each year to members who provide their date of birth. Members will receive their birthday gift via email within a few days of their birthday. You must have your birthday filled out in your account a month prior to your birthday to receive this special gift. Please note you must opt-in to marketing communications to receive these benefit.

Timberland Community members earn $1 Timberland Rewards Dollar for every $10 spent online at timberland.co.nz and Timberland Newmarket, Timberland Sylvia Park and Timberland Willis St. Timberland Rewards Dollars are saved in your online Account at timberland.co.nz. You can also earn Timberland Rewards Dollars for referring friends who make their first purchase with us, and when you review your timberland.co.nz purchase online via our website.

You need to have a Timberland Account online to get your Timberland Dollars. If you checked out as a guest you will need to create an Account with the same email address and contact Customer Support to get your Dollars added to your account.

You can easily find your Community member Rewards Dollars balance anytime at timberland.co.nz. When you visit our site, log into your account. Here your Rewards Dollars balance will be displayed under your name. Rewards history will be accessible here too.

Yes. Timberland Rewards Dollars expire within one (1) year of date of earning them.

Each $10 Timberland Rewards Dollars earned is the equivalent of $1 NZD. Online in checkout, if you are logged in and have Timberland Rewards Dollars accrued your balance will display. Should you have items in your cart in excess of your balance, you will be able to select your desired Timberland Rewards Dollars amount from the drop down and proceed with additional payment methods if necessary. In store, if you are enrolled, the retail staff member can look up your account using the email address associated and apply any available Rewards Dollars to your purchase, consistent with the terms and conditions of the program.
Timberland Rewards Dollars are a value toward the purchase price of merchandise from Timberland NZ, whether on sale or full priced, which can be redeemed at Timberland Stores in New Zealand or at timberland.co.nz.
Timberland Rewards Dollars cannot be used in conjunction with Timberland promo codes, discounts, coupons or promotions except where otherwise expressly indicated by Timberland.

Your 10% off is a one-time use code valid on Timberland.co.nz redeemable at checkout or instore by providing your email address and welcome email with one-time use code. Your code will be sent via email upon Community account creation online. You must opt-in to marketing communications to receive this offer. Offer cannot be combined with other offers. Yes! In order to unlock all the benefits we offer you will need to complete your account on timberland.co.nz. If you signed up in store, you would have received an email to complete your account. Simply follow the directions from there and you will be all set! You will not be able to accrue or redeem points on timberland.co.nz until you complete your account online.

For online returns, Timberland Rewards Dollars used will be refunded back to your account. Please allow 1-10 days for this adjustment to be reflected in your online Program account once we’ve received your returned item(s) at our facility).
If merchandise is later returned for a refund (full or partial), any Timberland Rewards Dollars previously earned will be forfeited and the Member’s online Program account adjusted accordingly. Please allow 1-10 days for this adjustment to be reflected in your online Program account once we’ve received your returned item(s) at our facility.
The same is true for returns made in store, but in order for Timberland Rewards Dollars to be refunded a valid email address associated with the enrolled member must be provided to the retail staff member before processing the return.

For in-store qualifying purchases, the Timberland Rewards Dollars will be added to your Timberland Community Account at time of purchase, as long as you provide the store associate with the e-mail address associated with your account. For qualifying purchases made at timberland.co.nz, the Timberland Rewards Dollars will be added to one’s Account within 72 hours of shipping the purchased item(s) as long as you are logged into your Timberland Community Account at the time of qualifying purchase.

To cancel your Membership, call Timberland Customer Service on (09) 309 0522 or email on info@timberland.co.nz.
Cancellation of Membership will result in forfeiture of unused and/or unissued Timberland Rewards Dollars or Benefits without liability of any kind to Timberland under any legal theory.
