About The Role
As the Store Manager you will have a passion for the brand and will excel in providing a world class customer experience to people from all backgrounds.
You will enjoy leading a friendly sales environment and are motivated by personal & team sales targets. You will bring previous people leadership skills and high energy to the role. You will have a strong handle on both spoken and written English and will be comfortable communicating with clients over the telephone, written email and face to face.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the store manager to lead a high performing team
- Driving sales and KPI targets through leading by example and upskilling the team
- Providing customers with a premium instore experience and excellent product knowledge
- Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and maintained within brand guidelines
- Processing of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Supporting the store manager to train, develop and upskill team members
Skills and experience required:
- A minimum of 1 year management experience within a retail environment at a similar level
- A proven track record of providing high level customer service to achieve budgets and KPIS
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- The ability to adapt and problem solve
- Current NZ work rights
