Timberland Flagship - Assistant Store Manager

$23 – $26 per hour
We are looking for an Assistant Store Managers to work in our Newmarket & Sylvia Park Flagships!
About you:To be successful, you should be an open-minded, mature, and outgoing person.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about footwear & apparel and should competently be able to share the brand’s values with our clients.
We are looking for someone who is an effective communicator, with both staff & customers, while upholding the store’s high standards of service.
You should enjoy being a part of a friendly sales environment and be motivated by professional growth, as well as personal & team sales targets. You should be fluent in spoken and written English, as the role will include communicating with clients on the telephone, via email, and face to face.
About the store:
We are currently a team of 6, ranging in age and experience levels, who all see and work with each other frequently. Being able to adapt to and fit in with the team dynamic will be very important.
You should be able to work 5 consecutive days each week and be fully available throughout the Christmas period.
We require that you have the relevant rights to work in NZ, whether by Visa, or being a Resident or Citizen.
