Timberland NZ 60-Day FREE Returns/Exchange Policy
60 Day FREE Returns for All Online Orders
Just email info@timberlandnz.co.nz for a FREE courier returns label
We can offer an exchange or refund if:
- The item is returned within 60 days
- The item is in its original condition and packaging
- You have proof of purchase
We cannot refund or exchange Timberland shoes purchased overseas. We are the New Zealand distributors of Timberland only and operate as a company separate from other suppliers and retailers internationally. If you wish to return purchases you will need to contact the original retailer. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the policies of retailers internationally so are unable to influence their decisions.
We understand that buying footwear online can be tricky. If trying on your purchase at home, please try on a carpet. We are unable to accept returned orders if the items have been worn, damaged or marked in any way.
Refund
Any refunds will be made to the same card/account that made the purchase.
Exchange
You can choose to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or another product of the same or lesser value.
